General Community Reminders

It is never the HOA Board's intention to harass homeowners on unnecessary issues but at the same time, it is our responsibility to be considerate and mindful of our neighbors. Here are some of the general community reminders that we all must adhere to:

Parking

1. Minimize street parking.

2. Park in your garage & driveway before street.

3. Park on the correct side of the street and as close to the curb as possible.

4. Avoid parking behind your neighbor’s driveways and areas your neighbors back their cars out.

5. Do not park on grass.

6. Please pull vehicles ahead far enough on your driveway as to not block the sidewalk.

Landscaping

1. Mow grass, trim hedges, perform edging regularly.

2. Add/Replace pine straw/mulch where needed.

3. You may need to aerate, add lime and even seed to make your grass thicker & healthier (only Bermuda).

4. Apply weed control.

5. Treat your bare grass areas, especially under front trees, add dirt, sod, etc.

6. Do not dump your grass clippings and branches in the common areas or in run-off ways.  It’s against the Cobb County Code.

Trash

1. Put trash cans out only on trash day or no sooner than the night before.

2. Take empty trash cans back when emptied before the end of the day.

3. Tie your trash properly so it doesn’t fly around the neighborhood.

4. Keep your trash cans stored out of view from the street.

5. Do not block the sidewalk with your trash cans when putting out for trash pickup.

Swimming Pool / Tennis Courts

1. Pick up any trash after you.

2. Turn lights off when leaving.

3. Put down Umbrellas when leaving Swimming pool area.

4. Watch your children under 18.

5. Please handle all community property with care, it's your money!

Miscellaneous

1. Be considerate of your neighbors (i.e. sound, light and use of any machinery in the evening hours)

2. Some of the homes are showing a need for pressure washing / repainting. Awnings, Shutters, Windows and Doors may need to be repainted earlier than the entire house.

3. Take all toys and other play equipment inside after use.

4. Pick up your newspaper or any mail from your driveway.

5. Basketball hoops out on front driveways are only allowed in the summer pool season and must be in good condition.

6. Repair/Fix the mailbox if needed. May also need pressure wash / paint.
